Websites for business in Finland, in plain English

You run your business in English, but your customers search in Finnish. We run the whole project in English and build the site for the Finnish market.

Working in English

Most Finnish agencies work in Finnish. We work in both.

If you have built a company in Finland without speaking fluent Finnish, you know the problem. Agency websites are in Finnish. Proposals arrive in Finnish. So do the briefs, the change requests and the invoices. You either translate everything yourself or sign things you only half understand.

What that means in practice

Your language, start to finish

With us the whole project runs in English: the first call, the proposal, the contract, the design reviews and the admin panel walkthrough. English is a working language in our studio every day, so nothing gets lost between you and the people building your site.

  • Proposal, contract and every meeting in English
  • Design reviews and feedback rounds in English
  • Admin panel and handover walkthrough in English
  • Support in English after launch

Built for the Finnish market, not translated into it

An English-only site does not sell in Finland. Finns search in Finnish, compare providers in Finnish and expect certain things from a local company's site: clear prices, VAT stated correctly, a real address and a quick way to make contact. We build your site around those expectations.

Bilingual sites are our normal work, not a special request. The Finnish and English versions live at their own addresses with correct hreflang tags, so Google shows each visitor the right language. We write the Finnish content to native standard in the studio, and you review the meaning in English before anything is published. Our own site runs exactly this way, in both languages.

This combination is rare. Most Finnish agencies do not serve clients in English, and most international agencies do not know how Finns buy. We sit in the overlap on purpose.

  • Bilingual Finnish and English site with correct hreflang
  • Finnish content written to native standard, reviewed by you in English
  • Structured for Finnish search: your customers search in Finnish, your site answers in Finnish
  • Local conventions handled, from VAT notes to contact habits

Fixed prices, agreed in writing before we start

Our packages keep their Finnish names, because pohja is Finnish for foundation. Kotipohja at 790 € covers a website of 1 to 3 pages. Brändipohja at 1 490 € adds a full visual identity: logo, colours and typography. Kasvupohja at 2 990 € adds search engine optimisation and a conversion-focused structure. Custom systems, from booking tools to customer portals, start at 4 900 €.

Every price is fixed and agreed in writing before work begins. There is no hourly billing, so the sum in the proposal is the sum on the invoice. Kotipohja is delivered in 1 to 2 weeks, Brändipohja in 2 to 3, Kasvupohja in 3 to 4, and custom systems in 4 to 8 weeks.

  • Kotipohja 790 €, Brändipohja 1 490 €, Kasvupohja 2 990 €
  • Custom systems from 4 900 €
  • No hourly billing, the sum is agreed before work begins
  • Delivery in 1 to 8 weeks depending on the package

Websites, apps and AI agents under one roof

Most projects start with a website, but they rarely end there. We also build web and mobile apps at a one-time price, such as Tunti, a time tracking tool in daily use at a Finnish contracting company. And we build AI agents that take over one recurring piece of office work, for example quote calculation, from 5 900 €.

The point of one roof is simple: the team that built your site can extend it, so the next tool never starts from zero with a new vendor.

  • Websites and brand identities
  • Web and mobile apps at a one-time price
  • AI agents for recurring office work, from 5 900 €
  • One team from the first page to the full system

In person in the capital region, remote across Finland

We meet face to face in Espoo, Helsinki and Vantaa whenever a meeting helps. Everywhere else in Finland, from Tampere and Turku to Oulu, the project runs over video and email, and it runs just as well: you approve the design as a draft before implementation, and the site launches on the agreed date.

  • Video and email everywhere else in Finland
  • Design approved as a draft before implementation
  • Launch on the agreed date
You should not have to learn Finnish to get a good website in Finland.
