We build AI agents for your company that handle the recurring office work. Cost estimating, documents, emails and reports. You give the task in one sentence and get finished work back.
An AI agent does the work; a chatbot answers a question
An AI agent is a program that does the work instead of just answering a question. It opens files, reads the documents, writes the report, sends the email and moves information from one system to another. You give it one sentence and it handles the rest itself.
A chatbot waits for a new instruction at every step. An agent works like an experienced employee. It is given a task, it knows how the task is done, it uses the right tools and it hands back a finished result. The difference is the same as between talking someone through a job on the phone and delegating it.
J&B Tasoitus ja Maalaus Oy
A painting contractor in the Helsinki region. The office has one person in it, and eight agents handle the cost estimating, the contract documents, the payment schedules and the site messaging in three languages.
A draft quote from the specification into the company's own estimating app in about ten minutes
Quantities cross-checked against three sources before a price is calculated
A message to a worker in Finnish, Estonian and Russian in about ten seconds
The hours actually booked calibrate the pricing of the next quote
Every one of these starts with a single sentence. After that the agent opens the folders, reads the documents and hands back a finished result.
Year-end accounts at an accounting firm
"Pull together the 2025 year-end material from the folder and write a summary."
The agent went through the monthly reports, bank statements and receipts. It compiled a summary of the profit and loss account and the balance sheet, and listed the discrepancies and missing receipts separately.
8 minutesA summary and a list of the missing receipts
A contract at a law firm
"Draw up a three-year lease, six months' notice, rent €4,200 a month."
The agent opened the firm's standard contract template, filled in the terms, checked the statutory references and saved the finished Word file into the case folder. The draft went out by email for review at the same time.
2 minutesA draft lease as a Word file
A sales listing in real estate
"Write the sales listing for Esimerkkikatu 12 A 8, photos are in the folder."
The agent read the management report, the articles of association and the floor plan. The listing went to the portal with the right floor area, the right charges and the right fittings, photos attached.
5 minutesSales listing published
A progress notice from a site
"Turn this into the weekly progress notice for the client, photos and messages are in WhatsApp."
The agent picked up the site group's photos and messages, wrote the progress notice from them and saved it into the client's own report template.
5 minutesA progress notice on the client's template
Outreach in sales
"Find 10 HVAC companies in Tampere and send them a partnership enquiry."
The agent pulled company details from public registers, filtered them by turnover and industry code, wrote each one its own message and sent them from the company's own account.
30 seconds10 messages sent
The times are typical and depend on how large the documents are. Every agent is built on your own templates and the way you work.
An agent that knows your material by heart
Once an agent has been taught with your contracts, price lists and instructions, it answers questions like an experienced colleague. The answer is based on your own material, not on general knowledge from the web.
"What are our payment terms with customer X?"
In customer X's contract (dated 15 January 2025) the payment term is 21 days net. In the earlier contract period in 2023 it was 14 days, and it was changed at the contract renewal. Invoices are best sent by Tuesday, because their accounts payable processes them once a week.

"What did we promise customer Y in last month's quote?"
Quote T-2025-047 (dated 8 April 2025) promised a full surface treatment across three floors, a schedule of 4 weeks from the start and a fixed price. Waterproofing was excluded, and clause 3.2 marks it as outside the contract.

"Do we have a free window in the schedule in June?"
There is one free week in June (week 25). Weeks 23 to 24 are committed to site A, weeks 26 to 27 start site B. If the new project fits into one week, week 25 works. Otherwise August at the earliest.

"Who is our subcontractor for electrical work?"
Your standard subcontractor for electrical work is Sähkö-Laakso Oy (business ID 1234567-8), contact Mikko Laakso, tel. 040 123 4567. The most recent job together was site C in February 2025. Invoicing went through and there were no complaints.

The agent does not invent answers, it always cites the source. If the information is not in your material, it says so directly.
What the agents bend to in your line of work
Office work looks surprisingly similar across industries. The same quote, the same confirmation, the same reminder and the same report, only the paperwork has different names. Below are examples of the kind of work an agent could take on in different fields.
Construction and contracting
Invitation to tender in the morning, draft quote by midday
The invitation arrives with its attachments, and the work specification runs to sixty pages. In the evening you read it through, pick out the quantities and calculate the price, once everyone else has gone home. The agent reads the specifications in full, picks out the quantities, prices the work with your own hourly rates and leaves the draft for you to check. This is in production use at J&B Tasoitus ja Maalaus Oy, and it has its own case among our work.
Cost estimating from specifications and drawings
Variation notices against the contract boundary
Messages to the site in Finnish, Estonian and Russian
HVAC and electrical
A materials list priced against the wholesaler's list
More invitations to tender come in than you have time to price, and some go unanswered entirely. The time does not go on the calculation, it goes on picking the materials out of the schedule and looking up prices in the wholesaler's list line by line. The same model bends to this: the agent compiles the bill of quantities and the materials list and prices it with your own purchase prices.

Cleaning company
From the site visit to the quote the same day
You go and look at the site, write your notes on your phone, and the quote waits for the evening. By the time it finally goes out, the customer has already asked two others. The agent turns your notes into a quote at your prices and writes the site-specific work instructions at the same time, which the cleaner gets on their phone.

Replies to quality complaints from the customer
Restaurant and catering
The catering enquiry that always lands mid-service
An enquiry about an event for a hundred people arrives just as the dining room is full. The reply slides to the evening, and by then the event has been booked elsewhere. The agent drafts the quote from your menu and your prices, writes the order confirmation and updates the weekly menu across every channel at once.

Car servicing and repair
A cost estimate from a phone call and a couple of photos
The customer calls, describes the noise and sends a photo. You know roughly what it is straight away, but writing the estimate and checking the parts prices takes half an hour, and the lift stands idle for all of it. The agent puts together the cost estimate at your labour rates, sends the parts enquiries and handles the reminders to customers.

Parts enquiries to suppliers
Service and inspection reminders to customers
Property maintenance and management
A fault report that does not get stuck in someone's phone
Fault reports come by phone, by email and by someone asking in the stairwell. Some get logged in the system, some do not, and a month later the client asks what was done. The agent logs the reports in one place, routes them to the right person and compiles a maintenance report for the client and a notice for the residents.

Transport and logistics
Invoicing material ready without spending Friday evening on it
The consignment notes are in the vehicles, as photos on phones, and some only in the driver's memory. Invoicing waits for somebody to gather them up. The agent pulls the delivery details out of the consignment notes, compiles a per-route breakdown for the customer and puts the exceptions on a list of their own.
Pulling together the consignment notes
Routine dispatch messages to drivers
Invoicing material and an exceptions list for the customer
Accounting and professional services
The document requests that go out again every single month
The same ten clients forget their receipts every month, and chasing them eats the accountant's working time. On top of that come the routine questions whose answer is already in the client's own material. The agent handles the document requests and the reminders, answers routine questions with sources and produces first drafts of the reports.

First drafts of reports and summaries
One of these is in production use. J&B Tasoitus ja Maalaus Oy is a named client of ours, and its eight agents do work every week. The rest are examples of what the same model bends to, not client work. We promise no numbers for them, because we have not measured them yet.
Your industry does not have to be on this list. In the mapping we go through your own recurring work and look at which parts an agent can take on and which are better left to a person.
The kinds of agents that can be built
One agent handles one clearly scoped job. These are the most common types, and the whole is assembled from them to match your work.
Quoting agent
Reads the invitation to tender, calculates the labour and materials at your hourly rates and writes the draft into your own system.
Document agent
Fills your Word, Excel and PDF templates into finished documents instead of inventing a new layout every time.
Email agent
Writes and sends messages from your Gmail or Outlook account with the right attachment and the right signature.
Review agent
Compares dozens of documents against each other and surfaces the contradictions, the gaps and the duplicate invoices.
Research agent
Pulls business IDs, turnover figures and contact people from public registers into a finished list.
Reporting agent
Compiles weekly, monthly and project reports from several sources into the client's own format.
Translation agent
Translates messages and documents between Finnish, Swedish, English, Estonian and Russian, and keeps the trade's own terms intact.
CRM agent
Remembers where each customer stands, what has been promised and when it is worth following up.
What the agents can do
The shared capabilities every agent has, whatever the industry or the task.
Reads and checks
✓Reads documents on its own. Opens Word, Excel, PDF and image files. Reads dozens of documents at once and understands what is in them. A whole folder goes in, not one file at a time.
✓Finds the errors and the gaps. Compares what the documents say against each other and surfaces the contradictions, the missing details and the inconsistencies. It reads every line, attachments included.
✓Calculates and analyses. Calculates prices, hours, areas and costs with your own rates and formulas. The numbers show exactly as they were calculated.
✓Handles images. Reads photographs, builds collages, adds watermarks, changes sizes. Places images into reports and documents automatically.
Writes and sends
✓Generates documents on your templates. Opens your existing templates (Word, Excel, PDF), fills in the details and saves them to the folder. The logo, the fonts and the signature stay the same every time.
✓Sends emails automatically. Connects to your Gmail or Outlook account. Writes and sends messages to the right recipient, with the right attachments and your company signature.
✓Looks things up online. Finds company details in public registers, gathers competitor information, compares prices and finds contact details. Compiles the results into a finished list.
✓Browser automation. Opens websites, signs in to services, fills in forms and pulls data out of portals the same way an employee visiting them on your behalf would.
Remembers and adapts
✓Remembers everything permanently. The agent remembers your customers, projects, prices and history. After a month away you carry on where you left off, with no background to explain again.
✓Connects to your own systems. Moves information straight into your own systems, for example the estimating app, the CRM, the accounting software and email. No manual step in between.
✓Works across the whole team. The agent is installed for each employee separately. Everyone sees the same information and uses the same templates. Work can run in parallel.
✓Built around the way you work. The agent learns your company's style, terms and workflows permanently. The result reads as if you had written it yourself.
This is how we build the agents for your company
We do not sell a finished product, we teach the agents with your own material and the way you work.
Mapping
We go through your recurring work and pick the parts where an agent is worth the most.
Tailoring
We feed the agent your templates, your price list and your standard terms, so the result looks like something you made.
Installation
We install the agents on your machines or your server and connect email, your own systems and your databases.
Training
We show your team how to give a task and how to check the result.
Upkeep
New customers, templates and workflows are added to what the agents know as your needs change.
"Doesn't ChatGPT already do this?"
ChatGPT writes, translates and summarises. It is a general tool, though, one that does not know your company and cannot reach your files and your systems.
ChatGPT
A custom AI agent
Knows your material
Does not know your customers, your price list or your templates, so the background is explained again in every conversation.
Knows the customer list, the price list and the contract templates permanently, and uses your own files as they are.
Remembers projects
Closing the tab resets the context, and a new conversation starts from scratch.
Remembers where each project stands and carries on from where you left off.
Finishes the job
Writes a draft that you move on and send by hand yourself.
Saves the file to the right folder and sends the message to the right recipient with the attachments.
Consistent output
The same request produces a different layout every time, and the customer gets two different-looking documents in the same week.
Uses standard templates and standard rules, so the output is the same whoever asks and whatever the day.
Connects to your systems
Cannot see your estimating app, your CRM or your accounts, so everything moves by hand.
Moves measurements, quotes and customer details straight into your own systems with no manual step.
Pulls data from registers
Runs a web search, and the results can be old or wrong.
Pulls business IDs, turnover figures and contact details straight from the official registers, up to date.

The difference comes down to this. ChatGPT gives you a different template and a different tone every time, and the finishing is left to you. An agent uses your material and hands back finished work, and nobody has to learn prompts or explain from scratch what the company does.
What the agents cost
We publish the prices, because a buyer has to be able to compare. All prices are excluding VAT and fixed, and the sum is agreed in writing before the work starts.
Work mapping and agent plan
€1,500ALV 0 %
Three to four hours of working session going through your recurring work. You get a written agent map and a fixed price estimate. The sum is credited in full if you order the implementation. Before that there is a free 30-minute call to see whether there is anything here for you at all.
One department, meaning one clearly scoped job, for example cost estimating. The price includes installation, integrations and training. The monthly fee covers upkeep and one hour of changes a month.
Up to six departments sharing the same project memory and the same templates. The monthly fee includes three hours of changes and priority support. A setup this size is in production use at J&B Tasoitus ja Maalaus.
✓An extra department added later €2,900 and €50 a month
✓Change work beyond what the monthly fee covers €95 an hour
✓Model usage costs, meaning the AI model's own charge, are paid directly to the model provider. We set a monthly cap on it, and usage typically lands between €20 and €200 a month. No surprise invoices.
✓All prices VAT 0 %
The reference point is a person, not a piece of software. The average salary of a cost estimator in Finland is €4,198 a month (Duunitori, 249 salaries, 2024), and with the employer's contributions one estimator costs about €5,000 a month. A whole office is therefore, as a one-off, roughly three months of one salary, and the €349 monthly fee stays under a tenth of what one person costs per month.
Extensive integrations and system connections are priced separately, because there the work comes from the number of connections rather than the number of agents.
NEXT STEP
Let's look at what an agent could handle at your company
We start with a free 30-minute call. We go through what kind of work repeats itself in your company every week and whether there is anything there for an agent. If there is, the next step is the work mapping, and its price is credited in full against the implementation.
