• Hours logged on site: a worker records hours on a phone or tablet right on the site, with contract work and hourly work already in the menu.
• The client reviews and corrects: the client gets a link by email, sees the hours in the browser, can edit them and signs digitally. No more "I don't remember" situations.
• Contracts and measurement records: employment contracts, subcontracts and measurement reports in the same system, signed digitally with the same tool.
• Invoice-ready immediately: once the client has signed the hours, all the supporting material is ready for invoicing. No hunting for paperwork afterwards.

The client can edit hours before signing

One feature separates this from the time-tracking software on the market. The client does not just approve or reject entries, they can review and edit them before signing. That turns approval from a passive signature into active, transparent verification, and makes the hours instantly billable.

What changed after rollout

The hours, contract and invoicing processes no longer live in separate Excels, WhatsApp threads or paper binders. The client gets the hours to approve the same day, signing takes minutes, and the invoice goes out within a week of the work ending, with no separate paper chase.
